Several different support options are available to suit your needs.

Remote Support

Either per-incident or contract remote support is available at pre-agreed rates. Remote support is provided using TeamViewer and the client PC application is available for download from the link to the right.

On site support

Per-incident on site support can be provided on a case-by-case basis at rates agreed per project. Contract on site support is provided through our partners.

Download the TeamViewer remote support application for your PC.

NOTE: The exact behaviour will depend on the browser you are using, typically either:

  • click the link above and select "Run" or "Open", or
  • right-click, save the file and then run the application from your PC.
